Our basic terms and conditions in accepting orders (Minimum order is 15 boxes)

PAYMENT TERMS

For new buyers, payment must be made in advance. Credit can be extended to regular customers, however credit cannot exceed one week. All delivery, packaging, transport costs are to be paid by the buyer. We accept wire payments and certified bank checks.

DOCUMENT & HANDLING FEES

Documentation and handling charges will cost USD $50.00 per shipment. The buyer needs to specify when placing orders what documents are required to avoid any delays in the shipment. All required documentation will be furnished only upon request and the documentation charges shall be included in the invoice.

PACKAGING

The packing charge is USD $10.00 per box with overall standard dimensions are L37cm x W53cm x H35cm. Each packed box weighs on average approximately 16kg - 18kg. All fishes and/or invertebrates are packed individually in plastic bags.

DELIVERY TIME

A minimum of Seven (7) days are required to allow time for fulfilling all the documentation required and for the conditioning of fish for export. Shipment time is subject to and dependent on the availability of air cargo space.

FREIGHT CHARGE

Freight charges by the airline will depend on the destination airport and the airline used.

GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS

Dead on Arrival (DOA) of up to 5% are accepted by the buyer. DOA's above 5% must be reported to the shipper within 24 hours from receipt of the shipment by the buyer. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the shipments in good condition. Customer is responsible for all freight charges regardless and freight is not allowed to be deducted as we do not make a profit on freight and this is an recognized industry standard with no exceptions! We are not responsible for delays or missed connections as we do our best to ship on reliable airlines as that is solely the responsibility of the airlines and all claims in that circumstance must be done on arrival and not after pickup. Replacement is usually given on next order unless other terms are given by us.
